Inception

Davimac began in 1982, with founder David McNab producing chaser bins for the local market out of a shed west of Molong, NSW. Steady growth and demand allowed the fledgling company to relocate to a bigger facility in 1989.

Handover

In 2001, David’s son Shannon began training as a fitter and machinist, and soon afterwards David handed over the reins of the company to the next generation. Shannon drove Davimac's expansion of its product offering, developing innovative new methods for seedbed preparation and cultivation.

Acquisition

Davimac acquired Agrowplow in 2013, a soil-conscious company dedicated to developing products for sustainable agriculture, and restructured as Davimac Group. The acquisition proved to be a good fit, as Agrowplow’s dedication to sustainable farming married well with Davimac’s focus on innovation and the company was able to amalgamate its product lines.

Today

Today, Davimac Group continues to be a mainstay of Australian agriculture since its inception four decades ago. The company has grown to encompass three brands, a range of specialist agricultural equipment, and a team of skilled professionals dedicated to producing machines capable of helping farmers grow their yield potential.
