THE DAVIMAC BRAND

Davimac make chaser bins that are strong, dependable, and sturdy. 

Davimac represents a successful harvest done well. It offers efficiency that's delivered in style; like the bold blue colour scheme and gently curved bin sides, Davimac stands out for all the right reasons.

USE OF LOGOS

For use on dark or black backgrounds (preferably Davimac Blue - see "colours"). 

For use on light or white-coloured backgrounds.

For use in print applications that will only exist as greyscale.

File Formats

RGB logos are provided in PNG format. This allows the logo to be used across a variety of applications but should not be scaled up or down too much. PNG files include a transparent layer to place the logo over a coloured background. Avoid using the logo on any background apart from flat colour.

EPS versions of the logos are infinitely scaleable and ideal for signage, professional graphic design, or producing high-quality documents. These logos are provided as CMYK.

INCORRECT USEAGE OF LOGOS

To ensure our brands are conveyed accurately and to ensure global recognition, please be sure to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Do not distort, warp, or otherwise transform logos from their original ratios.

  • Do not scale logos so that are blurry, pixelated, or otherwise low quality or that are too small for any element to be read clearly.

  • Allow clear horizontal and vertical space around each side of the logo to avoid a cluttered look.

  • Avoid using the logo on any background apart from flat colour.

USE OF IMAGES

Davimac images should focus on harvest time.

These images should feature warm, golden colours to emphasise harvest time and help the blue bins contrast against the landscape.

Avoid: Browns of exposed, unproductive soil and greens of a crop that's still growing.

Tip: Images are sometimes helped by being slightly oversaturated.

WHICH COLOURS SHOULD I USE?

RGB and HEX colour profiles are for use on screens (computers, phones, tablets, TVs, etc). If in doubt, use RGB.

CMYK is exclusively for print-only purposes and generally can only be used with specialised software. 

Mono is pure black or white, and should only be used for print applications that will only exist as greyscale.

USE OF FONTS

Davimac fonts have been chosen to reflect the boldness and strength of the product. Text should be in either black or 80% grey and typeset with default leading, tracking, margins and spacings.

Logo: 

GILL SANS HEAVY


Publications: 

HEADINGS SHOULD BE 'GILL SANS HEAVY' [all caps]

Body copy should be in 'Futura Book' font with Bold for emphasis.


Alternate Fonts:

For general document use and if primary fonts are not available. 

'LATO BOLD/BLACK' FOR HEADINGS [can be with either small or all caps]

Body copy should be in 'Open Sans Normal' font with Bold for emphasis.
